Available as long as supplies last, every day at Aspen Dale! Perfect for an awesome omelette which makes a lovely light spring or summer dinner. Pairs beautifully with Sarah's Chapeau (our delicate semi-sweet Vidal Blanc). Ramp that omelette recipe up by adding some grated sage derby cheese, and slivers of pheasant sausage - now that dish is ready for Bridgetown Red, our wonderful Bordeaux-style table red. You might want to round out the meal with our delicious baguettes. Pop in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes: YUM!
